Languages and Scripts
of the Indian Subcontinent (2)

On the following map of "Indian Languages Distribution", the numbers show the distribution of the variant languages that Indians speak in the Indian subcontinent (Republic of India and/or its neighbors), while the variant colours show the script (alphabet) used in writing such languages.  Not every language has its restricted script, but two languages or more may use a common script.  Each colour indicates a single language; with the knowledge that I ignored the limited-spread languages and that of no impact on the issue of the Arabic numerals' evolution.
